Reservations & payment

A reservation is confirmed once payment is completed and your confirmation e-mail arrives. A saved quote is not a reservation: a chauffeur and vehicle are assigned only after confirmation.

The total shown at checkout is the amount charged. It includes the gratuity you selected and any add-ons you chose. Waiting time beyond the complimentary allowances described below is billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle booked.

Cancellations & refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are considered case by case for cancellations received 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, depending on the day, the time of the trip and vehicle availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

To cancel or change a reservation, reply to your confirmation e-mail or call (424) 209-8001 as early as possible — the sooner we hear from you, the more we can do.

Airport arrivals & waiting time

Your chauffeur monitors your flight and arrives based on the actual landing time, so early and delayed flights are covered.

International arrivals include 45 to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing for immigration, customs and baggage. Domestic arrivals include a complimentary waiting period after landing, and Meet & Greet service includes up to one hour of terminal waiting.

In the rare case that a flight has landed and your chauffeur has waited around two hours, one additional hour of waiting time may be billed for that flight. This is uncommon and easily avoided: keep in touch with your chauffeur through your tracking link or by phone and we will work with you.

Major events: stadiums, arenas & concerts

For SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum and concerts or games at major stadiums and arenas, we strongly recommend hourly service, typically 5 to 8 hours, rather than a one-way pickup. Event traffic, parking restrictions and staggered exits make timed pickups unreliable; an hourly reservation keeps your chauffeur and vehicle dedicated to you for the whole evening.

If your evening runs past the hours booked, the additional time is billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

Event pickups & transfers

A one-way pickup from an event to your home, hotel or another destination in the surrounding area includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting from the scheduled pickup time.

Your chauffeur will not cancel or leave you at the venue. If the wait runs longer, waiting time is billed according to the vehicle and service you booked. If you prefer to take care of your chauffeur directly for the extra waiting, that is entirely at your discretion and always welcome.

Staying in touch

Please keep the phone number on your reservation reachable on the day of travel. You receive your chauffeur’s details and a live tracking link before pickup; use them to coordinate any change in your timing. Most waiting-time charges are avoided simply by staying in contact.
